ABOUT ME

Jake Bramwell is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at Brigham Young University–Hawaii. Previously, he was an adjunct instructor and research assistant at Brigham Young University–Hawaii and brings extensive professional experience in healthcare operations. His roles have included Chief Operating Officer of a digital health startup, Director of Business Development for a skilled nursing facility, and Remote Patient Monitoring Coordinator at Community Memorial Health System during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2021, Jake graduated from San Diego State University’s MPH Health Management and Policy program. Prior to graduate school he completed his bachelor’s in sociology with a minor in business management from Brigham Young University. He is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and actively serves in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. From 2012 to 2014, he served a full-time mission in the Salt Lake City South Mission.

Jake’s research focuses on applying analytics and operational efficiency to patient-generated health data, with the goal of advancing the quadruple aim and addressing critical challenges in the healthcare system.

Jake is married to Gabrielle Tall, and they have two children. They love spending time in the ocean together!
