Biography
BYU-Hawaii for the couple of years through his enrollment in classes and employment in Lāʻie. He enrolled as a student in September of 2024. There he met his wife, Eunji Choi, and they got married in December of 2025. His employment starts at the Polynesia Cultural Center at the night show. Serving as an usher for the guests. Then, he moved to Facilities Management, where he started as a student in Fleet Services and is now a full-time worker in the carpentry and painting shop.
Kamanakai was born and grew up in the mainland where he later moved to the Big island of Hawaii in 2018. He attended Kamehameha Schools Hawaii and graduated in 2021. After his graduation Kamanakai got called on a mission to Nagoya, Japan. He served a period of time in the Oakland/San Francisco, California mission before finishing his mission in Japan.
He and his wife plan to further their education. Eunji looks to obtain a masters degree in psychology as Kamanakai continues to go to Pilot school for his future career.
