Biography
Anthony Toaraa serves as the Banyan Dining Hall Supervisor at Brigham Young University–Hawaii, where he helps manage daily operations and supports student and staff dining services. He has been part of the Polynesian Cultural Center since 2014, working in roles such as Food Service Worker, Custodian, Supervisor, and Landscaping staff. His broad experience reflects a strong commitment to service, leadership, and community.
Anthony was born and raised in Hawai‘i, with family roots in Kiribati. He sttended Kahuku High School and graduated from Penn Foster High School. He is married to his wife, who is from the Philippines, and they are excited to welcome their first child. Together, they enjoy being part of the close-knit university and North Shore community.
