Kaui has worked in food and beverage and the retail industry for over 30 years. While attending Kahuku High School she fell in love with food and beverage while taking a food and nutrition class. She has continued to learn and grow in the industry from so many who took her under their wing and took the time to teach her. She is grateful for the opportunity to work at BYUH at the Seasider Snackbar.
Kaui Benson was raised and now resides in Laie, Hawaii. She has been at BYUH since April 2022 as the Retail Manager of Food Services over the Seasider Snackbar and C-Store. Kaui and her husband, Mckenna have been married for a wonderful 23 years. Together they have four children Lehiwa, La’akea, Keha and Kawelo.
