Biography
I am excited to begin my new role at BYU–Hawaii and become part of such a wonderful university community. I was born and raised in Kaneohe, Hawaii, and graduated from James B. Castle High School. I later earned my Medical Assisting degree from Heald College in Honolulu, which helped prepare me for a career focused on serving and caring for others.
Throughout my work and educational experiences, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, organization, and customer service skills. I enjoy meeting new people, learning new things, and being part of a team. I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my experience, positive attitude, and willingness to serve BYU–Hawaii.
Outside of work, I am a family-oriented person and enjoy spending quality time with my family. Some of my favorite things to do are going to the beach, camping, and relaxing with a good book. Growing up in Kaneohe has given me a strong appreciation for Hawaii, its beautiful surroundings, and the importance of family and community.
I am looking forward to this new chapter at BYU–Hawaii, building new relationships, continuing to grow professionally, and contributing to the university community in a positive way.
