Biography
Cory-Lynn Horton is a versatile and accomplished Warehouse Operational Supervisor with a dynamic background in logistics, human resources, customer service, and team leadership. With over 15 years of cross-functional experience, she has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, forward-thinking mindset, and a results-oriented approach in both private sector and federal environments.
Previously serving as an HR Assistant at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Cory-Lynn supports service members with career mobility, reassignment logistics, and travel coordination, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with military protocols. Prior to that, she supervised multi-warehouse operations for Walt Disney World’s IT department as a 3rd-party Warehouse Manager, where she led a team of 12–15 employees, oversaw inventory and shipping logistics, and maintained key client relationships.
Her background also includes frontline customer service at JetBlue and strategic sales support as a Pro Account Sales Associate with The Home Depot, where she earned multiple Homer Awards and was recognized as a Customer Service All-Star.
Cory-Lynn’s diverse skill set includes inventory control, project management, materials and equipment handling, conflict resolution, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. She is recognized for her adaptability, creativity, and commitment to team collaboration and operational excellence.
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Post University to further expand her impact in people-centered leadership roles.
