Gail-Kailee Tropia graduated in 2019 from BYU–Hawaii with a bachelor's in social work and a minor in psychology. She has been in Academic Advising for a year now, first as an intern and for a few months now as an academic advisor for English, communication, and visual art majors.
She has generations-deep connections with this community. She was born and raised here in Laie and Hauula, and she attended Laie Elementary School and Kahuku High & Intermediate School. She met her husband, Wes, while he was a student at BYUH. They were married almost two years after he graduated. She said she loves swimming at the beach with family, baking, and going on trips off-island.
