Biography
Monet Montemayor is a Human Resources and Learning professional with over a decade of experience in talent development, event management, and leadership across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education settings. Monet started her role as University Event Manager in March of 2025. Prior to that, she was most recently working as a Global Training and Development Specialist for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she designed and facilitated professional development programs and coordinated workforce events. Monet holds an MBA and a BS in Human Resource Management. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, Yoshi, and two children, Exodus and Jericho. She also finds joy in sewing, playing the piano, hiking, going to the beach, and exploring the outdoors.
