Roger McCarty

Elder Roger McCarty spent 30 years with The Dow Chemical company. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. He worked in sales, marketing, supply chain, business research, strategy, finance, business management, new business development, staffing, training, and ended his career as the Corporate Director of Strategy for all 122 divisions of Dow. He then spent 10 years teaching at BYU in Provo as the director of Experiential Learning. He taught strategy, Book of Mormon, but most importantly led the field studies program for MBAs and started the on-campus Internship program and took approximately 10,000 students through the internship experience.
