Led a full-time faculty of 10 and an adjunct faculty of 20 in the largest academic program at BYU-Hawaii while teaching 8 courses per year (a 3/3/2)
This role required a variety of administrative duties which included assigning faculty to courses, mentoring and evaluating adjuncts, shepherding curriculum updates revisions, overseeing assessment efforts, serving as chair on search and tenure committees, and conducting program meetings
