  • Created and analyzed numerous process improvement projects for a billion-dollar retail company.
  • Researched and prepared for the implementation of over three and a half million dollars in process improvement projects.
  • Organized and coordinated a special six-month asset management project.
  • Reduced total book assets by $20 million and reduced annual interest expense owed to Venture’s parent corporation by two million dollars.
